Magnetic Multiplex Assay Protocol Guide
Preparation Phase:
- Begin by preparing all the necessary components including standards, reagents, and samples.
Initial Incubation:
- Dispense 100μL of each standard or sample into the designated wells of the assay plate.
- Add 10μL of magnetic beads to each well.
- Incubate the plate for 90 minutes at 37°C with shaking to ensure proper mixing and reaction.
Detection Reagent A Application:
- After incubation, use a magnetic frame to carefully remove the liquid from each well.
- Add 100μL of Detection Reagent A to every well.
- Incubate again for 60 minutes at 37°C with continuous shaking.
Washing Steps:
- With the plate still on the magnetic frame, wash it three times. This step is crucial to remove any unbound substances.
Detection Reagent B Application:
- Add 100μL of Detection Reagent B to each well.
- Incubate for 30 minutes at 37°C with shaking.
Final Washing:
- Perform another set of three washes while the plate is on the magnetic frame.
Reading the Results:
- Add 100μL of sheath solution to each well.
- Gently swirl for 2 minutes to mix.
- Proceed to read the assay results using the designated machine.
