Technical Procedure
- Sample Preparation:
- Dilute samples and standards appropriately with the provided sample diluent.
- Plate Loading:
- Add standards and samples to the wells of the microplate.
- Incubation:
- Incubate the plate to allow albumin to bind to the coated antibodies on the microplate.
- Washing:
- Wash the wells to remove unbound substances.
- Addition of Detection Antibody:
- Add the enzyme-linked detection antibody to each well and incubate.
- Second Washing:
- Wash the wells again to remove unbound detection antibody.
- Substrate Addition:
- Add the substrate solution to each well. The enzyme on the detection antibody reacts with the substrate, producing a color change.
- Reaction Stopping:
- Add the stop solution to each well to halt the enzymatic reaction.
